Anahata Yoga Alchemy™ Immersion: 200 HR / 300 HR Training

Deepen Practice | Awaken the Inner Teacher | Share from the Heart

Begins June 20th, 2026

A Special Invitation

Dear friend,

At Anahata Yoga & Wellness™, we take a holistic, heart-centered approach to yoga education—one that honors lineage while embracing an integrative and embodied way of learning. Anahata Yoga Alchemy Immersion™: 200 HR Training is an invitation to establish strong foundations—a journey of living knowledge, integration, skills development, and greater awakening.

Rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Reiki Energy Healing, and Vedic Astrology, while weaving modern science insights and approaches, this training offers a comprehensive and immersive experience, providing essential knowledge and wisdom to cultivate a deeply rooted, evolving, and enriching practice.

Whether you feel called to teach, deepen your personal journey, or integrate yoga into your healing work or leadership space, this training will help you develop embodied knowledge, techniques, clarity, and presence, allowing you to share yoga in a way that is both meaningful and authentic.

In our immersions together, we will have the opportunity to breathe, feel, experience, and embody the sacred offerings of yoga - the physical, symbolic, energetic, and spiritual - with balance, spaciousness, and a healthy rhythm and pace for lasting evolution of mind, body, and spirit.

I would love for you to join this experience.

Different Paths, One Training

This training meets practitioners at three different thresholds. You may find yourself in one of these — or moving between them as you read.

For the Devoted Practitioner Ready to Deepen

"I have practiced for years and feel something larger is at work. I want to understand what my body already knows."

This training is for you whether or not you ever step into teaching. The spiritual, energetic, and philosophical dimensions of yoga are taught here with the same rigor as the physical practice. You will walk away with a clear understanding of what you have been reaching toward — and a foundation for the next decades of your practice.

For the Calling Teacher Stepping Into Formal Training

"I am ready to teach. I want the skills, mentorship, and real practicum hours to graduate as a teacher I can trust."

This training offers those who feel called to teach the real work of cultivating the art of teaching — sequencing, cueing, hands-on assists, holding space, voice, presence. You will receive direct mentorship with Victoria and accumulate practicum hours in the studio. By the time you graduate, you the light of the inner teacher will have blossomed.

For the Returning Teacher Seeking What Was Missing

"I have done a 200HR before. Maybe I teach. Something feels incomplete."

This training is not a repeat of what you have already encountered. The integration of lineage, energetic practice, modern movement science, and comparative theology that distinguishes Anahata is what most first-time programs do not offer. The 300-Hour advanced path lets you build your own studio offering, retreat, or program under Victoria's mentorship.

“Victoria is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. When I joined Anahata a few years ago, I knew within my first month at the studio that if I wanted to pursue becoming a yoga teacher I needed to learn from the best.

So when the opportunity for teacher training came up, I didn’t hesitate. Victoria brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge across the physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of yoga, grounded in decades of dedicated practice. ”

Ellie PhD Candidate | 200HR Alumna

Meet your Instructor: Victoria

Welcome!

I created Anahata Yoga & Wellness™ as a space for deep practice, self-inquiry, and transformation—a place where yoga is not only studied but lived. My journey with yoga began over twenty years ago and has been a path of continuous discovery, healing, insight and holistic awakening.

My early studies were shaped by my studio practice in Montreal, where I experienced the profound connection between breath, movement, and heat in a way that felt both accessible and deeply cleansing. Dina’s compassionate guidance and the warm, inclusive studio environment that she fostered helped me understand yoga as a space of compassion, inner renewal, discipline, and community.

Later, I spent several months immersed in study of ashtanga yoga by the jungle and ocean in the Yucatan, where my course of study wove together Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, and Yin yoga with Qi Gong. In an immersive and natural environment, I was introduced to an integrative and transformational approach to yogic practice—one that bridges movement, breath, and alignment with the natural elements and the greater rhythms of the cosmos. I was initiated into a deeper awareness of energetic intelligence, subtle body activation, and yoga as a cosmic channel.

My practice integrates yogic tradition, indigenous wisdom, eastern and western astrology, energy healing, and Christian mysticism, shaped by apprenticeships, trainings, and initiations with master teachers, healers, and lineage holders across various traditions, cultures, and lands.

With years of ongoing study, embodied practice, and daily teaching, my approach is guided by direct experience, devotion and surrender. I have spent countless hours immersed in movement, breath, and subtle body practices, deepening my understanding through self-inquiry, energetic refinement, holding space for others, earnest seeking, discernment and prayer.

My work is deeply influenced by energy healing, vedic astrology, and natural law. I am a master Reiki facilitator and Structural Energy Awakening (SEA) bodywork practitioner. I teach from a space of subtle awareness and sacred presence, with an earnest desire to be a clear channel for Source.

Through Anahata’s 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training, I offer an experience rooted in lineage, embodiment, and an invitation for deep self-awareness. Whether you are seeking depth and devotion in your personal practice or feel called to share and teach, this training will support you in laying a strong foundation—drawing from yoga’s ancient wisdom, its modern evolution, complementary healing modalities, comparative theological traditions, and grace.

It is an honor to walk alongside you on this path of devotion, inner awakening, and joyful expansion.

Love & Namasté,

Victoria

Who Is This Immersion For?

This training is for those who feel called to deepen their practice, refine awareness, and cultivate presence—whether as teachers, healers, leaders, or seekers ready to arrive.

Rooted in the timeless wisdom of yoga, it offers a space to explore the connection between body, breath, natural law, and spirit, allowing you to move through life with greater clarity, vitality, and devotion.

“From the first class I took at Anahata, I felt welcome, supported and challenged as a student. That has significantly deepened after my Anahata Yoga Alchemy Immersion experience.

If your goal is to be a yoga teacher, you will achieve that and so much more. Victoria was flexible and open to each of our individual goals while balancing the rigor necessary for the class as a whole. I learned so much more than I expected from this experience. I have a better understanding of the physical aspects of yoga and the role of a teacher. I expected that.

What I did not expect was how fully we explored the lineage of yoga, the spiritual and energetic aspects of yoga, and the intersections of physiology, theology, astrology, anatomy and more. This is why Anahata is so special for students without them even recognizing it. I feel fortunate to have experienced that magic at a deeper level through this training. I'm excited about the paths it has opened for further practice and inquiry for me and all those that I interact with.”

Then choose one of yoga’s classical paths—Jnana (wisdom), Bhakti (devotion), Karma (action), or Raja (meditation)—to explore more deeply and read a seminal scripture, integrating through meditation, journaling, and personal ritual. Reading list available at the beginning of the course. Write a reflection piece for submission.

  • Non-Violent Communication as a Yogic Practice

If yoga teaches us the value of ahimsa (non-harming), what does it look like—especially in our relationships and speech? In this transformative elective, you’ll explore Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a modern method of embodying yogic principles in everyday life. Through listening to Dr. Marshall Rosenberg’s insightful lecture series, journaling, and applied practice, you’ll learn to speak and listen with empathy, clarity, and presence. In this elective, you will study classic Ayurvedic texts and deepen your understanding of the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—as they manifest in the body, mind, and natural world. Through this exploration, you’ll learn to intentionally design and create yoga practice sequences that reflect elemental balance, bringing greater harmony, insight, and depth to your teaching and personal practice.

  • Mantra & Daily Ritual

Cultivate sacred rhythm with chanting, intention setting, and vibrational awareness. This course invites you into the power of sacred sound and intentional rhythm as a daily anchor for clarity, healing, and devotion. This course empowers you to create a lifestyle rooted in presence and purpose, one sacred choice at a time.

From our Recent Graduates

“The community and space Victoria has cultivated at Anahata is so special.

Her Yoga Teacher Alchemy training has allowed me to wake with clarity, possibility and curiosity; recognize what it means to be a teacher, and a good one at that; tap into the innate gifts I have to offer; grow with purpose in my practice, as a teacher, as a human; and open my heart to community and teaching. Victoria has a gift of sharing her wisdom — and she provides a safe, supportive, encouraging environment to learn.”

— Liza Jaros, Anahata Yoga Faculty · 200HR Alumna

"Signing up for Anahata's 200-hour yoga teacher training was the most fun, creative and comprehensive training I've taken. — yoga as a lifestyle and energetic embodiment, and a solid sequence to understand and practice as a foundation.

I learned more in 30 hours training with Victoria than I learned in my previous 200 hour YTT. I am grateful for her knowledge, guidance and mentorship over the years helping me become the teacher I had always envisioned. 10/10 recommend for anyone interested in becoming a yoga teacher or just deepening their personal practice.

Thanks for everything.

— Jess Doliber, Anahata Yoga Faculty · 200HR Alumna

"In just a few days learning from Victoria, I was able to accomplish things I never thought I'd be able to do, including teaching a 60-minute class on my own.

This experience took me outside of my comfort zone, and gave me skills that I will take into all aspects of my life. Under Victoria's guidance, my long-term goal of becoming a yoga teacher has become attainable, much more quickly than I could've ever imagined."

— Emma Spath, Anahata Reiki Foundations Alumna · 200HR Alumna

"Anahata Yoga Alchemy lives in me now as a deeper sense of intention, both in my practice and in how I move through daily life.

What I learned in the training continues to shape the way I approach yoga, not just as a physical sequence, but as an integrated practice that weaves together breath, energy, awareness, and philosophy. As I begin my apprenticeship, I find myself returning again and again to the foundations Victoria emphasized: presence, integrity, and a genuine understanding of the deeper layers of the practice. At the same time, I feel like I’m just at the beginning. The training didn’t feel like an endpoint, but an opening into a lifelong process of learning, self-study, and refinement that I’m committed to continuing

I was surprised how much structure there was within the philosophy and spiritual dimensions of yoga. Before the training, I thought yoga was primarily a structured physical practice that helped bring you to a “higher state of awareness”, a nebulous, free-form state of peace, that the spiritual stuff itself didn’t have much structure. The teacher training taught me that not only are these spiritual/energetic dimensions themselves richly structured, ancient, and vast, but they are also essential to teach in yoga; that the difference between a mediocre yoga class and an excellent one (like Victoria’s) is whether or not the teacher understands these dimensions. While I feel confident in the physical parts of yoga, I found myself humbled by my lack of understanding of these other parts, something I’ve come to realize is very much a long-term endeavor of self-study and practice.”
